Processing time is usually 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
2. Shipping costs & delivery options
Standard shipping within Austria: €4.90 – delivery time approx. 2–4 business days
Express shipping within Austria: €9.90 – delivery time approx. 1–2 business days
Shipping within the EU: from €9.90 – delivery time approx. 3–7 business days
Free shipping: for orders over €100 within Austria
3. Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Shipping restrictions

Deliveries to packing stations are possible/not possible (depending on the provider).
