Can I return the shoes if they don't fit, and how long do I have to do so?
Here's how it works:
- Register return
Just send us a short message using the contact form or by email. - Receive return label
Depending on the case, we will send you a label or you can return the shoes at your own expense. - refund
As soon as the shoes arrive and are inspected, you will receive your money back – usually within 5 working days.
Can I also sell you soccer shoes?
Yes! There is an option in our shop called
"Sell your football boots"
Can you also get shoes that are not offered in the shop?
We have a solution for this too! There's an option called "Your dream shoe - we'll find it!"
Are your shoes original or do you also sell duplicates?
Yes – at Baller Boots you only get original football boots.
Each shoe is thoroughly checked before sale and comes from trustworthy sources.
What does new, like new or very good mean when it comes to the condition of the shoes?
- New
Unworn and in immaculate condition
- Like new
Very rarely worn or only tried on. Minimal signs of wear.
- Very good
Slight signs of wear such as minimal creases or wear on the sole, but overall well maintained and fully functional.
- Good
Visible signs of wear, e.g., scuffs on the sole or minor scratches. Still clean and wearable.
